Who is responsible

Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it loads no content from other websites.

When you open a page, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes the technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, and browser and operating system. These data are needed to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse. We do not use them to identify visitors.

Writing to us

When you send us an email, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message in order to answer you. We keep messages as long as your request requires and as long as the law obliges us to keep business correspondence.

• Google: email (Google Workspace)

These providers may process data outside North Macedonia. We only use providers that commit by contract to protecting personal data.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia you have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to their processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@klearvision.mk.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
